Goals

First anniversary – Organise an amazing night out for my wonderful wife
Familiar face – Take parents out for dinner, and catch up with an old friend
Keep it classy – On time, looking good, every work day for a month
Under pressure – No more than 1 caffeinated drink a day
Adjust in August – Keep to a < 1800 kcal diet on weekdays
Sticking to a plan – Follow an exercise plan for a month
